Am I the only one who prefers the dr Dre contract over Cayo Perico? It’s less money overall, but at least the $1million is guaranteed upon completion. With Cayo Perico you have to complete challenges and find ideal loot to make $1mil or over. Also, with the contract, there is no boring ass flight to Cayo Perico, and the mission are more fun imo. Oh yeah, there also isn’t a $10,000 buy in everytime you want to do the contract as well as no cool down. To each their own in the end, I just don’t enjoy the planning missions, or pressure of the actual heist as much as everyone else seems to.

The Duke is free, CAN tank a few explosives, and is faster than the Karuma. Only advantage the Karuma gives is the ability to shoot in a 360 view and holds 4 people. For solo go with the Duke

@LKG One thing you missed about the Auto Shop, so I don't know if you know about it, is that All Standard Paint Jobs are FREE. That's right. You can repaint your car ad infinitum for FREE in the Auto Shop. As long as you're not looking for something fancy like Metallic Paint, Chrome, or Pearlescents. Even then, those are all discounted and fully unlocked too. Sadly, the one thing about the Auto Shop that outright sucks is the Vehicle Customization and Deliveries. They're just not worth it. You only make 20-30k for each delivery, depending on the offered bonus (which is vehicle dependent) and depending on how damaged the vehicle is when you deliver it. Whoever at Rockstar decided that the base payout for this part of the business should be the amount of money you spend on the vehicle's customizations should never be allowed to decided on payouts again. It's so STUPID. On the bright side, this aspect of the Auto Shop is, bar none, the best way to level up your LS Car Meet reputation since you get LS Car Meet XP for every vehicle you customize and deliver. So if you're like me and aren't really interested in GTA's racing scene, but still want the benefits of LS Car Meet reputation like unlocking the Trade Price for certain cars, this is the way to do it. Still, I wish you could actually make money doing this because it's pretty fun and doesn't take a lot of time. Oh, also it bears mentioning (since you didn't mention it in your video) that a good number of the vehicles that the customers being in for customization and delivery are vehicles that Rockstar removed from the game and locked behind the rotating inventory of the physical car dealerships, next gen, and paywalls. So the Auto Shop is a great way to acquire removed cars. Of course, you'll be paying full price, but hey it's either that or wait for Rockstar to decide to put it on sale so you can pick it up at a physical dealership or spend real money to acquire them. Personally, I'm waiting for the Pfister Comet and Coil Raiden to show up in my Auto Shop so I can purchase them. And, lastly, for anyone considering purchasing and Auto Shop (you REALLY should, it's totally worth it), don't bother buying the second car lift. Number One, you don't need it since, as I mentioned above, you get paid peanuts for customizing and delivering cars. Number Two, I've heard that it doesn't even really work. I don't own a second car lift personally, so I can't confirm this, but many people have reported the second lift not really working and glitching out.

You can purchase staff with the car shop and let the car be delivered by them. You only have to do the modification then. Then you can focus on something different and in the meantime your staff earns you the 20-30k.

Still getting up the nerve (and coin) to pick up a Kosatka. But definitely been enjoying the agency, nightclub and arcade as decent passive/semi-passive money makers. I've also found it handy to keep other businesses up and running not just for the nightclub tie-in, but because the bonuses each week tend to move around each of them, so it's great when a 3x-4x bonus week comes along and all the pre-reqs are already fulfilled 🤘

Warehouse is the greatest mini business IMO. 5 large warehouses get you 6 mil only half full. I sell half full because once you go over 50% full, they start getting raided.

Get an MK2 and it makes raids seem like baby stuff, hit everything and everyone and spawn a Kuruma to catch up with the truck with your arrested Staff, I don't have a security upgrade to any of my MC Businesses

Maxing out the night club popularity is pretty easy, just hire a DJ once and everytime you go in to collect the safe money just do the mini missions either drop off a VIP or throw out a drunk person and only takes a couple of minutes.

I created another player to start over. I'm at rank 47. I did buy the agency which was my first business I bought them the night club then the MC business and cocaine lockup. I'm not tremendously great at playing GTA online and there are some vehicles I miss having like the buzzard, sparrow, khanjoli, oppressor MK 2. I'm trying to buy the buzzard but of course everything is ridiculously expensive in GTA. I only play solo because I don't really trust others to play with. I've been playing the Dre missions quite a bit as the club, lock up, cargo warehouse isn't making a ton of money. It's a headache but like I said, I'm not really great at GTA online.

Get the Acid Lab for free by doing a mission and setup, then get an Agency, Grind the Dr Dre contract & all that the Agency comes with, you will have a free Agency Helicopter always available to exit the building with, crucial as it saves you so much time, get MC Businesses mainly Coke Lockup, Meth Lab, Cash factory, set them up, then get the Nightclub, assign Nightclub Technicians to the MC Businesses, you should be set from there

Some goods take longer to stock than others, but each unit of stock is worth more.

Stop your technicians from accruing goods then close computer. Then start the process again of setting them to work. Some times the technicians are bugged and stop accruing goods

I played so long for the oppressor mark 2 and was very upset that it didn’t hover over water when I jump off for missions and it’s rockets don’t hit there targets do to shitty lock on rocket tracking so I sold it don’t waste your money just buy the deluxo it’s rockets are superior and you can bail off in the water do a mission and it’s hovering on the water when you come up just get near it and you get right in the drivers seat and fly away
