I just got my widow 3.0 drilled yesterday. I love it so far still learning it. First game 205 second 200 3rd 215. Also haven't bowled in 15 years beside one time in that period.

The Effect is my personal ball of the year. The way it reads the mids but still has good length and pop downlane is awesome. Hardly ever miss the breakpoint. I use it in both my house shot and challenge pattern league. I don't even have to manipulate my hand that much either it does a lot of the work for you. 3.0 is a close second. Hammer killed it with releases this year.

Great list bro. Appreciate all of your reviews! Put the Stealth hybrid in the bag the day it came out. Such a great shape downlane. Vaporize looks like a great ball, my local PSO is raving about it. Surprised that the Effect isn't on the list, its been the best ball in my bag since I put it there.

Have both Crimson and Liberty and i've been averaging 200+ since i got the Crimson. After being stuck on 185 avg for 6+ months, these two balls got me over the 200 mark very consistently. Great units. Crimson i had to hit with 3000 before it really performed for me, and i havent touched the Liberty surface at all.

Interesting list. Kind of surprised the Widow 3.0 and Effect didn’t make the list though. Seems like you’re always using the latter to compare new releases. It was between the Vaporize and the Effect for a pearl house shot ball and I went with the Effect based on your videos. Looking forward to how this list pans out in a few months.

Try and mimic a 2-hander or hockey player swinging a hockey stick. Your shoulders should be perpendicular to the foul line during your approach.

Oh wow! Congrats Charles and your family! Great selection of balls. I'm working on a new arsenal since I'm switching from 12 to 14 lbs. So far, I have the Motiv Jackal Ambush, Track Archetype Hybrid, and the Hammer Effect (obviously I took your advice. Lol!) Since I currently have all asyms, I was thinking about the Stealth series and the Scorpion series to round out the bag. I've dropped from a 16-20 mph player to 10-15 mph, high track, low-mid revs, left-hander. Any advice on the best options for mid-high diff balls (current or at least available to purchase) that you think might work well with my build so far?

I have only been bowling for 6 months, so my opinion probably doesn't matter much, but I love my Crimson Jackal. I still suck, but with that ball I can throw 200+ regularly. Of course I usually throw a 110 game right after, but oh well 😊

Had it in my mind I was going to drill the vaporize, but after putting compound on the widow 3.0 and shooting 805 last week I was questioning the need...but this list has me second guessing that idea Also was thinking idol pearl instead of track stealth hybrid after throwing idol at demo the other day but I dont know now...

Mesmerize will be more down lane, conspiracy will give you more control over the pocket. On house the edge goes to the mesmerize and tougher flatter patterns I would lean towards conspiracy

Yeah you can definitely have both in a bag. Stealth is going to be cleaner and hair smoother down lane compared to the widow.

Pride Liberty fresh off the press 288/722 and I went to it on a blind ball change after a practice during league having never thrown a shot with it. I use the Max Thrill Solid (Superman) more than I do the Pearl because of the layout, it has to be a desert for me to get into the Pearl, but the Solid on fresh THS MONEY! I have the Crimson Jackal but don't throw on a lot of conditions where I can use it with any consistency; I agree its a good ball. Loved watching you and your content this year, keep up the Solid work.
