Nice video and fair play for your recent back and indeed, general progression mate. The more people that can help prove the reality about the potential effectiveness of sensible, humble, work ethnic driven home gym training, being light years away from the ultra mainstream BS and lies, The better in my opinion.

Great workout your squat wedges look like mine, but my feet slipped on them, so got some adhesive grip tape and seems to work, keep it going

@@Bullseye_Strength Thanks. I am 188 so was afraid there would be some ROM videos. I have ordered the ATX version.

I only just learned that was called a "viking press" .....lol. That is the only way I have ever done the shoulder press.

Love your vids brother Question- does the bench have the ability to be completely removed? So i can (well really my wife) perform a standing hip abduction move? And also to turn a bench around and do a preacher cable curl? Thanks I actually have the older big multi gym but seriously considering downsizing to this one
@Bullseye_Strength Жыл бұрын
Thanks Dan & yes, the bench can easily be moved out of the way.

You probably could, but I've never done them.

Have you tried a multigym with weigtstaks? How does it compare
@Bullseye_Strength Жыл бұрын
Depends on the multigym, I used to own a body solid multigym, but I got it second hand & it was full of friction, so not great. I personally think levergyms are a better investment due to their versatility.

I'm very interested in getting one of these, but I'm changing places in a couple of months...Is it easily dismantlable? Also you make some nice training videos, the music fits really well.

Thank you & I found it pretty easy to set up & I'm typically useless at setting up gym equipment.

Im 6’2. Is this to tall to comfortably use the levergym? Will I get full range of motion?
@Bullseye_Strength9 ай бұрын
I'm just under 6' & the only thing I've found is that I have to lean back slightly on the lat pulldown to get a full ROM at the top. Apart from that, no other issues.
