From this arc, I'd like to have kid Krillin in the Kame gi, Nam, and a Masterlise Emoving from Launch. One of the first things that always comes to my mind when I remember the classic Tournaments are kid Goku and kid Krillin watching the fights while grabbed to the top of the WT's wall. But I don't know if that would work well as an individual small diorama.

Not 21st Tenkaichi Budokai Arc but i dream about a perfect buu arc set : A. Shin B. Kibito C.Yamu D. Spopovich Last One. Kibito Kai. They could use elements of some figures on others and the set would be super cool and cohesive.
