There’s some that are way too low imo (especially 69) and some towards the top that I think are respectable picks but just not my thing, but still good list! My top 25 (purely in terms of anime songs): 1. FLOW 2. UVERworld 3. THE ORAL CIGARETTES 4. Kenshi Yonezu (my favorite Japanese artist, and all his anisongs slap, especially KICK BACK, but I just don’t have him as number 1 cuz the bands above him have just been able to consistently put out so many bangers for more years than Yonezu) 5. Official HIGE DANdism (my favorite band from the list, but kinda a similar situation with Yonezu) 6. sumika 7. King Gnu 8. UNISON SQUARE GARDEN 9. SPYAIR 10. Pornograffitti 11. Ikimonogakari 12. Mrs. GREEN APPLE 13. Vaundy 14. LiSA 15. KANA-BOON 16. SID (2008-2012 SID is goated top 10 material but their stuff after that hasn’t quite hit that mark for me so I had to put them a little lower 17. YOASOBI 18. Ryokuoushoku Shakai 19. Ziyoou-vachi 20. ALI 21. Aimyon 22. yama (would have them higher, as they’re one of my favs but I found their anisong output in 2023 to be kinda lacking compared to their other stuff) 23. ZUTOMAYO (I like them a lot more than YOASOBI but they don’t have too many anisongs compared to them and YOASOBI’s anisongs have been pretty consistently good so I have ZUTOMAYO a lot lower) 24. Vickeblanka 25. LACCO TOWER or Keina Suda or Who-ya Extended (I couldn’t decide but they’re all great lmao)

Pretty good top 100. Do you know some artists from Detective Conan that are pretty famous in Japan, like B'z, Mai Kuraki and Zard? Zard made songs to Slam Dunk and Dragon Ball Gt too. Namie Amuro is very famous too she made songs for One Piece and Inuyasha. Two mix is a pretty good band too they made music for Detective Conan and Gundam Wing. I personally like Garnet Crow that made music for Detective Conan. However Coda did few songs for Jojo I think he is a good honorable mention too. Maybe you like some of these old singers and bands! As I said before, you have a excellent taste!

Screen Mode, Kanako Itou, Chico with Honeyworks, Konomi Suzuki higher. 21:45 Kuzu no Honkai ED gives me chills everytime. I'm happy that Kunoichi Tsubaki represented The Peggies but its weird to omit 2 biggest anime songs from them. Flow and Sid not being in top 5 is shocking. Its really weird that Vaundy is not included when King Gnu is on number 4. They both worked on Ranking of Kings. Even weirder that Nightmare isn't included.

Great video! just have some constructive criticism/ things i didnt quite understand:First up why were there no/hardly any features metioned even though there were features like with granrodeo howling its featuring FLOW or coldrain MAYDAY, its featuring ryo from crytal lake? (man with a mission - database had a feature mentioned) Id say either get all features or non ^^ Secondly, why do some artists have 3 songs mentioned, some 4 and some 5 - it cant be cause they only have like 3, cause of some i know more? otherwise i think its really nicely cut, no anime has like too many appearances in a row (if its avoidable) :)

For the features, it was not mentioned to not confuse people with too many artists name but I probably should include it you right (for database it's mentioned because the feature is mentioned 8n the name of the music). For the number of song it's only a personal choice, if I feel to add 5 songs for an artist instead of 3, I add 5
