1999 is an expansion released in Update 38.0 (2024-12-13). It comes with a new Quest, "The Hex", in which a group of Protoframes known as the Hex try to locate Dr. Entrati in the city-state of Höllvania in the year of 1999. The expansion was teased during the Whispers in the Walls Quest and TennoCon 2023.

They just reworked inaros... so changes probably won't come till he gets a heirloom skin..
