While I do think Matilda won that battle, I don’t think it’s as one-sided as what some people I’ve seen make it out to be. I’d even argue that both telekinetic girls had at least ten DeMarco worthy lines throughout the entire battle.

@Kenneth Anderson I guess. Also, a possibly unpopular opinion, but just over half of Eleven’s ten lines in round one IMO are Don DeMarco’s and I’ve thought Eleven went in (slightly) harder in her first verse.

@Kenneth Anderson I think slows paced flows can be a good thing, as we can clearly hear and understand what is being said. Audibility can matter and for the most part, things hit better and perhaps also more effective if they are heard well. Faster isn’t always better and there are many instances of a fast delivery sounding forced.

Yes, it is technically Nagito's third verse but I don't think Nagito's "second verse" really counts as a verse.

For context, Jacques Cousteau vs Steve Irwin from Epic Rap Battles of History has three rounds and the second one was short for both; only two lines for each. For another Freshy Kanal battle, Bakugo vs Inosuke has five rounds, and two of them were two lines long or less. Of course you can disagree here. I just wanted to show you my opinion on short verses/rounds.

The second was shorter (though still good), so I can live with it not appearing in top (number) lists. The first was all-in, but honestly, like just about every creator who has made a list, Yuri’s second is the winning verse in this battle. Also, I am not biased towards either when I say Yuri won (although it was close). I can say Toko/Syo’s first was brutal, but I find it difficult to understand some of her punches/why some lines were hard hits (if at all). Edit: I understand her lines better now, and she almost directly repeated a previously-made point of hers in the second verse, so honestly, verse two made complete sense not to show up at all.
