As the list went on they indeed got better. I was quite pleased our divas from mexico were on this outstanding list. Maria Escarlita, The Duan Marie, is unimaginable at first then unbelievable then soothing as at times i don't hear the kick ass music around her, just the melodic symphony of her voice. Now i'm doomed to a day of Anabantha, oh darn. Wonderful compilation, thank you and i've some new voices to check into. And as always Long Live Lori Lewis. I live a mere 100 miles from her. One day maybe.

Excellent Choices. Got here from Stream Of Passion. Checked out Part 1. Equally awesome. Several bands I'd never heard of which will enable me to while away a 2 hour commute to work and back. If you're working on a part 3 please consider: Brittney Slayes (Unleash The Archers), Amanda Somerville (For Avantasia, Trillium & Kiske-Somerville) and Sara Squadrani (Ancient Bards). Cannot praise your musical taste enough!

Mis favoritas no son tan académicas como las de la mayoría jaja, son Liv Kristine, Heike Langhans, Nell Sigland, Sabine Dünser, Amy Lee y Lisa Middelhauve...seguidas de cerca por Aleah Standbrige, Cathrine Paulsen y Carline Van Roos :)

Pues muy buen gusto tienes jeje y tienes mucha razón, Tarja, Floor, Simone, Sharon... aunque muy buenas vocalistas, no son las únicas en el genero... tan buenas voces que hay y tan subestimadas o desconocidas que están, eso es triste jeje, pero por eso me gusta hacer este tipo de videos :)

I think some of the vocalist : Tarja, Simone, Floor, etc were purposely not mentioned since they are the most familiar compared to most of the ones featured here in the video. or the person who made the video isn't a fan the more known vocalists.
