I used to do top 100 kpop title tracks and top 100 bsides but I don't think I liked even 30 kpop songs this year😭😭 But tbh I don't think the quality has actually gone down. I just don't go out of my way to find new kpop songs and listen mostly to western music which I didn't use to listen to at all when I first got into kpop.
