I dint really pvp but my favorite semi aquatic is probably the turgeon because I made a kendyll skin out of it same as the syroudon I also made a kendyll skin out of it and prob both creatures having a variety of passive abilities like a whole list of it

Garra is good for its growth time as only 30 mins till age 100 aswell lorolael has 40k weight and high dps with only a hour and 25 minutes
