ngl is d4 even that good? up to this day, I'm still very confused. I just find it boring especially the chorus and the verses were really mid and corny. The only highlight was kinda the pre-chorus and Jennie's part is the middle. I think the bridge for d4 just sucks bc it's literally one of the most boring/lazy bridges I've heard. And the party outro ending is just WTF? That's how you end a song? Also, the cheap dubstep, EDM and Nocopyrightsound type instrumental they used at the ending or whatever the fkk that is was just so terrible, cheap and lazy. It did not hype me up at all and it's just them yapping a few words over and over again. I wish the song was more melodic, and that they sang more even tho it's a Girl Crush song. And hylt is just somewhat camp in some way but also trashy and cheap sounding. like might as well listen to real hip hop from the west? Imo, Hello Bitches is just troll. And idk why there are just some songs that aren't objectively bad like Fancy You and Cant stop me that I find annoying and kinda boring to listen to. Imo, the break downs in Twice songs, the talk rap parts are usually hit or miss but mostly misses, and were only kinda hits during their debut days. But for Fancy You, I think its mainly the nasally vocals especially during the chorus that makes the song sound annoying. And the way the chorus goes is kinda meh, almost gave kidzbop vibes. Also, I think the retro sound same with anthem-type girlcrush songs is just annoying if overused, and are either hit or misses. *I think good retro are Red Velvet's Bamboleo/Look.* *Great anthem-type girlcrush songs imo are Crazy 4-MINUTE, Paint the Town-LOONA, Black Dress-CLC, dun dun-EVERGLOW. and Drama AESPA* Also, Hype Boy which is objectively good I think (the hook feels nostalgic in a way and is supposedly soulful and expressive). But somehow it lacks the RnB soulful vibe to it and the groove. And they manage to sound like they are yelling "I------I--I-I"s. and also the vocals just don't move me at all. (bc they aren't really singers). Also, on top of that, it can sound boring and lazy bc it's literally the same thing looping over and over again for 3 minutes. And the hook just sounds flat and boring to me. But imo I'd add Red Velvet's Automatic in 2015. And thx for liking Aespa's Savage bc most ppl seem like they don't appreciate the ending vocal belts enough and the COMPLEXITY, CREATIVITY and BOLDNESS of the song
