My TOP 3 principles :- 1. Train till failure 2. Micro progressive overload 3. Controlling ecentric (Training with accuracy) Bonus points.. 1. Straight sets over drop sets (Higher motor unit requirtments) 2. Rest periods is important to accumulate as much as motor units possible 3. Volume is key 14-16 weekly sets is practically sufficient if u put intensity in ur sets...quality over quantity..

My top 11 1. Do exercises with high ROI (return on investment) ,Get more with doing less ,like compound movements. 2. Train to failure in isolation movements and 2 reps short of failure in compound movements. 3. 6-10 rep range is best for building strength and mass 4. Slow down the eccentric 5. Push pull legs is best routine 6. Train each muscle twice a week. 7. Spend no more than 50 minutes in doing workout 8. Rest 2-4 minutes, 2 minutes for isolation ,5 minutes for compound movements. 9. 1.6 -2 gm protein per kg body weight, 1.6 while bulking, 2 gm while cutting 10. Calories => 17.5× your body weight in pounds for lean bulk And 16× pounds of your bodyweight for maintainance. 11. Respect the rest and recovery

Hello saket Kunal this side , i have been following you for about a year now and also made my custom workout plan considering things you mentioned in your videos. Earlier i used to follow push pull legs but now i follow a chest tricep back biceps legs shoulders But i saw a video in which the guy said that we should not be training legs and shoulders on the same day as leg is a big muscle group and needs more blood for recovery and if we train both on the same days then the supply of blood divides into upper and lower body which might not be the best thing if you want to grow your legs. What are your views on this?

Well I'm working out at home but I can say I got above average physique and I would love to share some tips too 1: Count your Macros and Calories 2: Consume whole foods while bulk, switch to supplements while on a cut, like whey protein, (creatine supplement should be their in ur diet irrespective of bulk and cut) 3: Train till until u r fatigue (till failure basically) 4: Don't over complicate your diet and workouts (3-4 variations per muscle group are sufficient) 5: Increase volume and progressively increase weight.

the last part of the video was great but saket i in no condition skip i don't care where i go but where i go i use ground bars trees anything for my workout if i don't have weight i use rocks instead but i don't skip never a chance ALHAMDULLILAH if i go in the hilly areas and its a push day so i do pushups if its pull day i use trees for pull ups
