Discovering Nevisoul was the very first "wow, wtf!!!😍"- moment of my fire playing life. Discovering YOU was the second. You both are still my heroes and Inspiration. ❤🙏 And Thanks for introducing other great spinning people. 🙏

Top 10 Alien Jon- most fun to explore new things ~ Marvin Ong ~ Style and presence Chris Kelly ~ technical ability and the ability to break it down to teach-- really awesome instructor Beacon~ someone I can jam with and bounce the new ideas off of, somehow its always at a festival. Pali Endi~ we have similar flow and she has patience when she teaches Yuta, but I haven't got to meet him yet. Nick Woosley- haven't got to meet him yet Zan- one of my biggest inspirations, honestly haven't got to spin a whole lot with zan but at the first kinetic we got to meet and kick it and jammed in the barn Noel Yee- got to meet him twice , I watched and learned from Noel, were both travelers in the universe who enjoy some props. Drex- even though its always awkward because I'm socially awkward I watch and respect how much work and energy he puts into his content , his style is unique and I really do enjoy his flow, definitely learned alot about stage presence and tempo changes from watching his content. All these people I have a deep respect for and I am grateful that they all have shared there props and art with the world!!!!

Hinde was super close. Tough to make a 5 list. Couldn’t make a 6 and 10 is too long. But Hinde is high up there for sure

ronan the legend nuff said , keith the messenger of other worldy tech tech by bringing the more juggling flare of poi to light . Bro i remember watching him walking down those long ass set of like what 100 steps down the kitchen cabin in fire drums while juggling 3 poi was %@#$ers! Then tim having his even more blowout after that evo mops . But for real hinde been poi-neering lol the poi relm from stringing . literally bro everytime he posted up from around 2014-2018ish there would be a wave of of other spinners just drop his shit the following months . I mean we all fuvking share and love this shit . But Justin Hind3 is the fucking PEOPLE'S champ! Keepin em honest .

@@jitpunkia 100% zero diss to chris kelly . But while he was working on 3 poi at what 17 years old out in the fire cirlce at mops . While hinde going fucking bananas full hinde throwing up hammerd in our cabin everyone worried Only for me to find hime sessioming with willow 5 mins after . And everyone like "dude i hope hindes all right " i just watched him flash 5 poi with willow XD Thats the big diff

I'm always a little surprised that when I hear these kinds of lists nobody mentions G, especially as 3D tech dominated the poi scene for a good while. My top 5 would be: G, as he's probably had the biggest influence on my style overall. Thomas, who was my first big poi crush and made me obsessed with getting things clean. Cyrille, as he probably influenced my throw/contact style the most. Keith, as he was the person that pushed me to start doing contact poi, is a constant source of ideas and inspiration, and who I've jammed with the most over the years. And Vojta, for me the most watchable and best all-round poi artist at the moment - great stage presence, great movement, great musicality, and still has that classic style that made me fall in love with poi in the first place.
@jitpunkia3 жыл бұрын
G was initially on this list for me right off the bat. Justin Hinde too that was a tough decision for me to make. But Tim and Chris is the new school I learned how to appreciate not that long ago.
@JoffJk3 жыл бұрын
Yeah I would agree with G
@mcmcpoi-ra74053 жыл бұрын
@@jitpunkia I guess I've never really felt the same about the new school as the people that inspired me. I can totally appreciate that they are very talented, and they have brought plenty of new ideas to the community, I just find most modern spinners a bit boring to watch - there isn't the same attention to detail and presentation as there used to be - I prefer to see simple ideas done well than complicated idea done badly. My poi heart is still stuck around 2010 :)
@jitpunkia3 жыл бұрын
@@mcmcpoi-ra7405 I feel you on that alot. It took me a long time to even appreciate the stuff they are doing now. Its different, its like less flow and more technical. But its beautiful in its own way as well.
