Nice, Chris! I like the shishito as well. They're excellent grilled with a little salt and lemon.

That's how I eat them.

First time I've seen your videos. My wife and I are pepper people, we have been farmers but now live in a beachfront condo and do what we can in patio containers. Surprisingly, we only grew pimento for the 1st time this year, they are now ripe. Looking for recipes, we realized another world of peppers and found you. She will be home soon, I will show her your video, wow, and we know datil peppers, but didn't know sweet datil , we of course live in Florida...thanks, I enjoyed and am sure my wife will too

Yes, I'm very curious about trying the Bell of Lebanon. Can't seem to find a source for seeds on the web that match the rest your pepper looks in the video. I'm curious to know where you got your seeds.

Some descriptions say that the Criolla De Cocina tastes like a hot pepper without heat, would you say that’s true? Also, you said in the video it has a stronger flavor than anything else, is it like a Caribbean seasoning pepper? Thanks
@ChristopherBrandsdal5 жыл бұрын
To me it tastes like a very strong flavored bell or a hotter annuum. I have not tasted the Caribbean seasoning pepper, so I can't speak on that.

Love your videos! Any recommendations for where to buy seeds for these online? Google searches seem to only lead to some obscure online shops.

Hold on, I will very soon open my shop with many varieties including these. Within a month I think
