For me: -Eat 3-6 meals with 20-30 g of protein to maximize mps and minimize hunger -Increase step count, (watching youtube/movies/twitych) just walking back and forth -Chew sugar free gum -Sugarfree jello/ Diet pop -lock my fridge at night (prevents midnight binges) -sleep more (cant eat if you are asleep lol) -pickles/low cal veg/shirratkki noodles -cal free syrups/sweetners

I used to train fasted too, I came back home and I wanted to eat everything, I started to have breakfast some weeks ago and I can control better my hunger, I don´t have that massive apettite anymore, I´ll have a meal yeah, but it´s not that massive meal I used to have and I´ll endup eating the same or even less calories, and of course, I also have more energy during my workout

OMAD works great for me. But since I am so used to stuffing myself when I do eat, when I do occasionally eat breakfast, it is on those days I eat all day long. That is, I get hungrier once I start eating, like the dam has broken.

This sounds good to me but what about the help benefits from fasting. 16:8 fast is what I’ve been doing and I was told that boosts natural test and let’s the body heal. Do you fast at all anymore? Also, video idea. Eat a whole day out with snacks included with the end being a cheat meal. Let us see what that looks like. Have some fun Rem.

the key is, you have to try all methods until you find what works for you. Could be OMAD, or eating every 2 hours, or any other approach...its finding what works for you. For me, its hitting the protein goal and calorie deficit and daily exercise

I could eat some burgers like 5-6 times out the whole week no lie especially if you tweak it the way you love it it’s definitely that game changer I salute Rem and Greg for putting us on this new wave. Like Greg said Bread is actually just as healthy as rice cause 4 slices of bread usually = 280 calories but 1 cup of white rice = 250 calories!! rice isn’t even satisfying it tastes so bland the only time I love rice is when I order some chipotle that’s it.

Once you get the fundamentals down the rest is what works for you. I learn something new everyday to be a better me. It took finding videos like yours to help me understand that "dieting " doesn't have to be hard. It's actually fun and gives you a sense of self-awareness.
