It's also a huge part of my childhood, I just try to separate the author from the books as much as I can 😫. Oh my GOSH, you are a SAILORMOON ENJOYER? Yesss 🤩 I didn't know that France is huge in Anime/Mangas, that's SO cool. I'm not super familiar with most of the books you talked about. Especially with books you want to reread. I can't wait to hear you talk about them once you reread it for more information on it! I'm glad to say that the books you can't stop thinking about is familiar to me, and I definitely remember The Mirror Visitor series. I still need to get around to trying out that book. 🫢 The Q&A section is so insightful. Especially the 10 videos rule! I have the same vibes and mood about how our favorite videos end up being the most not popular but it's something for myself so I still don't mind doing it. I also relate so much that the KZbin is a huge thing to do, so there's a lot of balancing involved (and trying not to burn out). I relate with how you feel about your hobbies/interest, and the fluctuations. Eg. right now, I'm a little burn out but I'm still here because I love hearing and talking with people I've met on booktube 🥰 Here's to another awesome year on booktube!

Definitely have A Winter’s Promise on my TBR, and Into the Forest sounds interesting as well. I feel you on filming/posting the first video, I was quite nervous and awkward, haha, and it’s always just hard to start something new like that. I’m so glad you were able to stick with this over the past year and that it’s been such a positive experience for you, it has been for me too! The BookTube community is amazing ❤️ And I loved hearing your answer to my question! It sounds like you have a system that works for you which is what’s most important, and that’s so cool that you have groups of writers that you meet with regularly. And BookTube has definitely pushed me to read more too!!

omg, The Elegance Of The Hedgehog mentioned 😍😍 I read this maybe 15 years ago and still think about it. If I made a list with all time favs this would definitely be on there and it’s so not talked about. And I also loved The Wall. Happy 1 year and 200+ subscribers!! Le Jamais Content looks absolutely adorable!! I'd love to find a copy! I also love the Harry Potter series, His Dark Materials, and Sailor Moon! I would also love to read Le Livre de Dina. It sounds fantastic. So does The Wall! I feel like I've heard you talk about it before. Merchants of Doubt sounds like something I would really enjoy while also hating. I'm planning on reading the La Passe-Miroir series this year! I read the first book and loved it and now I need to read the rest! Wonderful video! Loved getting to know more about you!!

Thank you ^^ It is really cute! But again, the new edition doesn't look as good in my opinion, I prefer the original illustrations. Ahah - my whole childhood XD I can only recommend all those books, obviously. I really need to re-read Le livre de Dina though, I never finished the series! But the first one was by far the best of what I've read. Yesss! The first book is fantastic. I'll re-read the second one soon and so looking forward to it. Many thanks for watching

I watched this yesterday while doing other things and I had so many thoughts I thought I would re-watch and comment at the computer so I could write like a normal person 😂 But that didn’t happen so I’ll just not. But I thoroughly enjoyed this, and hearing about all the books and your answers to everyone’s questions. Hedgehogs are a favorite of mine, and I’ve seen that book second hand a few times and wanted it for the hedgehog, but then the premise didn’t appeal to me for whatever reason, but next time I see it I will pick it up! And I want to read The Wall as well. I batch film sometimes too, and my balancing is not the best 😂 I feel like I have no time to read and then I think about how much time I spend editing or watching booktube… Apparently there’s time for that! Anyway, thank you for answering my questions so throughly, I was just giving some options and you were like I’ll do them ALL! 😂 Love it! 💜 Congratulations on making it a whole hear! 🎉

XD XD XD I love hedgehogs too (even rescued a baby several years back and took care of her until she could be released in the "wild" again) - if you end up picking up The Elegance of the Hedgehog, you should be aware that the title is a metaphor and there are no literal hedgehogs in the book (as far as I can remember at least ^^'), so you don't get disappointed on that front! There is a movie for The Wall as well :) I actually saw the movie years before I read the book. Ahahah, yeah, I don't think we can really talk about balance. I'd say it's more like juggling ^^' And of course, thank you for sending some questions in. Ahah, yeah, I thought it was a good question and I liked the little prompts you included so I was like "why the hell not?" Thank you! I'm so happy I stuck with it
