The hardest thing for me is putting the bad players on ranges lol sometimes I just assume they play 75% of hands from every position

Play IP and watch how they play strong hands, weak hands, and draws respectively

You'll just have to call down more often with good hands. It may (and will) mean bigger swings in the short term; but over the long haul, these are the players you'll build your bankroll off of. Just make sure you're properly rolled for the game you're playing. It can be really hard when online isn't available in your area; because you can't build slowly in micro-stakes. If $1/2 is the lowest game offered where you live, you'll need several thousand dollars to get started playing regularly.

In Texas the 1/2 NL games play like 2/5. For instance, if I were to only raise 3.5X RFI most people will call with the average raise pre-flop being $12 or more. How would I adjust to this? Do i just raise as if it were 2/5?
@marksimpson2321

experiment by seeing how much you can raise with massive hands. if you are more than c. 50bb deep, try raising to $15 with monsters and a few playable if called bluffs and see what happenss. if you continue to get called with your premium hands when raising more than 3-4bb open , then increase raise sizes and it will be easier to shorten the SPR and get allin quciker wirh massive hands v weaker top pairs etc that gamblers will play

Same issue at my local casino, we have a 1/3 table and people tend to raise to 15 pre-flop. I’ll just be the one raising it to 10 instead, and oftimes the rest of table will pivot and start doing the same. I find most casuals raise to 15 just bc that’s what other people do

I'm really enjoying your content more and more Mr. Little. My favorites will always be individual hand analysis, but this is good stuff. I like how you bring in other vlogger's hands especially. I hope your channel keeps growing.
