Pause immediately after a siege object is built and put it into reserve with left click. Then build all at once after you have 4 in reserve to destroy the wall and other defences without losing a single trebuchet. That makes it much easier.

For my first fief, I aimed straight for Sanala while Aserai armies were busy fighting vlandia/empire. What I did was > Buy all their food on market > Wait till all garrisons died except for militia. > Assault, take city and form kingdom (Don't forget to sell back the food you bought or your citizens may revolt) > Form kingdom and peaceout.

Hmm good question I guess it's auto assigning or at the beginning in the planning section. You can put legions on the siege to make it assigned. In this video, I didn't assign anything tho. They were auto
