I've been a fan for over 20 years, but it never occurred to me to check out the bootlegs until fairly recently. The Japan 1971 shows might be my favorite so far, and Blueberry Hill rules. I downloaded Listen to This Eddie and it fried my laptop, so I hold a grudge against that show. I generally don't care for Plant's stage banter, but it is hilarious to hear him introduce Stairway with "Shush! Shhhhh! This is a song of hope. And it's very quiet, so shut up!"

I have no idea if this is true but heard Mike the Mic went to shows in a wheelchair with his recording device mounted under the chair. The title "Listen to this, Eddie" might also be a reference to Eddie Kramer.

Just wanted to comment that we've had similar experiences collecting Zep boots, which started for me when a friend loaned me a tape of the BBC sessions in the early Eighties. My Ontario hometown indie record shop had great connections, stemming from the bootleg magazine Hot Wax, which was published in a neighboring town. I built up a pretty good vinyl collection with Blueberry Hill, Going To California, Eddie, V1/2, Earls Court, MSG '75, Japan '71&'72, Alpha & Omega, etc., and obviously now have everything digitally. Anyway, it was nice to see what you have. Appreciate the post!
