Well you are doing all the right things after a heart attack Casey 1. Overexerting yourself in a long marathon 2. Eating an ice cream and a big greasy breakfast full of oily sausage and fried potatoes. - very smart.

Very smart of you assuming things without knowledge ☺️ you don’t know the cause of the heart attack and you don’t know the doctors advice. 1. Casey completed an extensive rehabilitation program of 6 weeks where he was given the green light to exercise as he wishes, he uses an Apple Watch to track his heartbeats as advised. 2. You are assuming his heart attack was cause due to high cholesterol and fat in his blood, which once again is not correct.

@@streamonthegroundandgone Well you asked, so here is my intelligent opinion: The fact is, the #1 leading cause of death around the world is cardiovascular disease (coming for a reputable source: WHO, which stands for World Health Organization, but is a known fact) any educated person would know that! It can be due to conditions that affect the heart and blood vessels, strokes, etc, However, it is mostly due to obesity. I’m aware in Casey’s case, he has diabetes, but even having diabetes - eating those types of food like ice cream, fried foods, etc. isn’t healthy for you and could lead to high cholesterol, high blood pressure, etc. and should be avoided in general. Ask your local Cardiologist!
