It's crazy how you can train so hard and perform well with just 1500 calories. Your dedication to your diet is admirable to say the very least.

Well done Conor you really set your mind to it and come leaps and bounds. You have a lot of ability and you`re always learning and the bottom line you look like you`re giving it everything, that`s it mate some of it will come down to innate ability and how the chips fall, I predict you will go a lot further you have it in the dna and the learn`t behaviour re boxing and on top of that you live a clean lifestyle.

I think morning runs are BS especially UK winter, more chance of muscle injury’s etc with the cold. You see mayweather doing it? If anything you wanna be training nearer to the time you actually fight on fight night. Live the life no alcohol, run home from the club like money mayweather.
@david111davies3 жыл бұрын
what are you on about, they train several times a day and boxers have their own way and dont all copy mayweather. Mayweather used to wake up in the middle of the night and go to the gym when he should have been sleeping
@smoohtalker3212 жыл бұрын
Nah conor doing it his way...the morning is best ..early 3am time warrior style...remember you have to rest after training ..king cb likely hits the sack early ..then bish up early while slackers are sleeping

Fight Marku don't be scared bro🇦🇱🇬🇧💪🏻👑👑
@p.g.vaperreview4293 жыл бұрын
He ain't scared it ain't worth it for him unless he is a world champ he is ranked higher than him it's going backwards for him he would dismantle marku
@timothythomas74453 жыл бұрын
Marku is a good technical fighter. Moves very well in and out of the pocket, picks punches well and throws good combinations. Perhaps lacks top power. Has much to do but potential.
@p.g.vaperreview4293 жыл бұрын
@@timothythomas7445 yeah but Ben is good at being elusive aswell and speed and power he has proved he can outbox and use his power don't get me wrong how far will he go I don't know but he has alot of potential and I think marku will struggle also because got dropped by charton that ain't his proper weight markus last fight was good tho
@themartian48793 жыл бұрын
@@p.g.vaperreview429 Who did Benn fought? Steve jamoye, Vargas, Granados... they all have 6,9 losses Formella is a pony boxer that can not punch
@timothythomas74453 жыл бұрын
@Boxing Truth It's so evident that u r just hating. Do u not remember the Peynaud 2 fights. Did Cedrick not almost beat Benn in both fights. I very much rate Marku. He APPEARS talented at his level so far. Dont allow your fanboyism of him and hate of Eddie's great work as a Promoter pull u away from common sense and facts. U disrespect everyone who respects what Matchroom and Sky has done for boxing. It is a very challenging industry. Many sharks exist in it's waters. If Benn and Marku keep winning, they will meet. Remember, Marku also has other fighters chasing his tail. It's the nature of the beast. Have a good day. .
