I substitute scent leaves with fresh basil or parsley leaves. They taste great in pepper soup. I prefer basil leaves. Try them out and know for yourself. Basil is in tomato stew is chef's kiss. That's me sha!😁 I have never tried cilantro leaves in pepper soup. I feel it will be too strong but it takes good in white rice. Enjoy! By the way, use the settings for this video. The previous video was too bright to the extent I wondered if you were still using your pocket 3. This setting is perfect. If there's more to try out, I can't wait to see it looks.
