Happy to learn about this culture. I lived in India for a while but never learned anything about Nagaland or Assam . It is Great that OK Tasted is making videos to educate people. Sonali was not imposing or bossy..usually we Assamese ppl (me being one), we truly get excited about our NE food & genuinely want everyone to enjoy as it is very unlike other Indian cuisines. We also understand that it needs a different taste bud to enjoy these dishes and we try very hard to make the other person understand & feel comfortable with the food. We seriously get emotional when it comes to food & BTW Sonali was right in saying that all NE ppl do not eat spicy food all the time & instead it’s most bland & simple. And I can guarantee Akshay had loved atleast a few dishes coz Naga food is too awesome to be hated.

Honestly i really love sonali..but here she was a bit annoying to mee...i got it that u know much more about this..but its also his 1st time so let him enjoy his 1st try..dnt put ur taste opinion on him..let him assume then taste then let him talk about his things and most importantly let him enjoy the taste and the feeling...just bcz u like it that way doesn't mean he has to like it exact the same way...though i loved it..loved ur knowledge about naga food..best of luck and keep it up...
