Thank you so much to the people who have sent me some money to offset what I had to pay for this trip. I reply with a note of appreciation to everyone, but CashApp only allows emoji responses, so for anyone who donates on CashApp please know I'm extremely appreciative when someone sends me their hard-earned money to put toward my coverage of this case. Thanks!

Odin is actually a person I believe in the Saxon or Briton genealogy. Just a normal person that they decided to worship. The original name is wooden and he didn't do anything spectacular unless you call witchcraft spectacular.

I can't imagine how frustrated you must have been when these hearings were postponed. I'd have been so interested to have your personal take. Thank you for your efforts, and for sharing your experience. It was right not to smile - your reason for being there was a somber one. Your sincerity and reverence toward these victims is what drew me to your channel. Your wit and Sleuther Vandross detective skills are what keep me coming back! 💚

Good stuff Tom! I went there in May of 2021. I too was surprise at how easy and of little time it took to get to many of the points of interest. From the aerial photos I've seen, the area looks so expansive but once I was there, everything was a short walk...even shorter if you're a local who knows the area well. The strangest thing was that while we were in the area we thought was the crime scene, we could see the bridge through the trees, it was closer than I imagined. Who ever did this was bold and knew the area like the back of their hand, they weren't worried about being seen, even at the time of year when there were no leaves on the trees.

Yes, I knew Delphi was small, but not that small, so it seems odd a man thought he could get away with this...but it was out in the middle of the woods. Also, I don't think it was easy for the woman at the start of the bridge to see the facial features of the man on platform 1. Thanks.

Yes, I’m watching this, whoever the killer was came prepared, and I think they were even more prepared by knowing that area and the comings and goings of people on certain days, Whoever it was had a plan and they still got spotted by a witness and a camera.. They were really angry on that day and they had an urge to kill..

Really interesting, thanks Tom! Did you get an idea of the distance between the road and the Hoosier Harvestore camera? Does it look close enough to the road that it would be easy to see the make and model of a car driving past?
@TomWebsterChannel
@TomWebsterChannel 5 ай бұрын
Hi, thanks. Hoosier Harvestore isn’t too far off the road, but there is a very large tree at the end of the driveway. I’m not sure how high-quality their security camera is. In the leaked evidence index that Baldwin mistakenly emailed, one of the folders said it was a zoom in on the hatchback, so I guess it did somewhat resemble Richard Allen’s car.

Why would he think he would get away with it? Impulses/urges do not foresee consequences. Add chemical mediation (alcoholism), even less so.

@BoomerElite4u 5 ай бұрын
What do you think the actual motive was though? It seemed kind of pre-meditated to chalk up as a drunken mishap. I feel like it's unusual for a man his age to suddenly start serial killing? Or perhaps he had done things like this before? SA gone wrong etc.?

I have similar thoughts. Maybe not things went south, girls ran that’s why they ended up on the other side of the creek and he felt he had too. Definitely sexual. Also I wonder if when he was walking back he noticed the video camera and went behind the harvest store before he was in view.
@julez8053
@julez8053 5 ай бұрын
@@BoomerElite4u He named the 'motive' - impulse/ urges. We know what he did in jail/ prison, when he didn't take/ get his medication. That's not far away from what was done to the girls. He might have even gone after the witness, who saw him standing on the bridge, first. But then rescheduled, when the girls came along.

7:57 -- Right here is why no one saw bridge guy on the trail. He goes from here up to the end of the bridge they were walking toward. He can see them walking, i assume slowly, across the bridge and he goes up to meet them at the end, walks past them on the bridge 30' and turns around, now they're trapped, he pulls out a gun and says "down the hill". What i think he really said before the audio was clipped was likely, "Delphi PD, I'm arresting you for trespassing, go 'down the hill'". Not saying Delphi PD were involved, but saying he said he was some sort of law enforcement to control them. Then something went horribly wrong.

Ty Tom 😊 I'm about an hour SE of Delphi, but our towns main street is much smaller than Delphi (Dont Blink). We don't have jail, a courthouse, cvs, a grocery store, or even a stoplight ! We have 3414 people here & growing! We do have a library, schools, 3 gas stations, one of them on main street, 2 banks, a dairy queen, a few other places to eat, but mostly pizza, & a dollar general store! Most all of these places to eat, bank, library, educate, or get gas are all on the outskirts of the actual town😊

Thanks for the video Tom. Using a smartphone camera to determine what something looks like IRL is quite difficult. For a start, you need to use a lens with a focal length that corresponds with that of the human eye. For an APS-C-sensor camera, this is around a 50 mm lens. (the image then represents the correct proportions and perspective, same as the human eye observes from the location of the camera, although human vision of course is MUCH wider. Here it would be of advantage to create a panorama consisting of multiple images, both horizontally and laterally.) Besides this, you obviously need accurate exposure and a pretty high resolution to get a good result.

Excellent travelogue! It may be a moot point at this time, but while it is doubtful someone going down the freeway would randomly stop off at the trails, that high bridge is a destination for some. The Monon HIGH Bridge is the second highest railroad bridge in Indiana and old time railroad enthusiasts likely visit the area. There were also videos about geocaching at the bridge. I have no idea how many would have been lured there for that purpose. I never figured out the Wabash Erie Canal reference. I assume Deer Creek is not part of the canal and I am terrible with Indiana geography. Nevertheless, the city's entrance signs depict the connection to the canal so I assume historians interested in these old canals would also be drawn to the area. Despite the smallness of the town, over decades, it is likely thousands of people have come and gone. Considering this and other factors, I never believed Monon High Bridge trails were that much of a local secret. Plus, a few years ago, both law enforcement and family begged all of us across USA to help identify the bridge guy. At that point, law enforcement added that he could be someone who once lived or worked in the area. Considering workers coming and going, meat packing plants are not known for career employees. And there must be heavy truck traffic to and from that plant. Did Delphi have a local celebration like many small towns do? Wabash Erie Canal Days perhaps? Here in the west, every tiny town has an annual celebration such as a huckleberry festival, pioneer days or old time fiddler gathering. Such events bring at minimum, hundreds, into small locations. Like I said, at this point these observations probably do not matter, but it seems very inaccurate when investigators have practically said that no one would know about the trails unless they lived or worked in the area. It is amazing how many people know about insignificant things and in this day of GPS, perhaps many thousands knew of the existence of the trails prior to the crime. (After the publicity from this crime, the whole world now knows about the area. My comments are not intended to address the possible innocence or guilt of the person in custody. My point is, I believe someone from out of the area could have committed the crime though, at this time, the one charged is a long time local resident.)

It did not let up at all until we turned around (there was NO ONE) and went back and were getting in the car to leave. Hi, as I said, Delphi seemed so small it was stupid that a local man who worked a public-facing job like the local big pharmacy store would think assaulting/killing 2 kids in the woods would be something he could get away with, but RA didn't get arrested for 5 1/2 years and if he was BG maybe he thought no cameras would have captured him. How he thought the 5 females who saw him wouldn't recognize him at CVS is beyond me, but there are things about his noon to 1:30 timeline that don't add up to him being innocent. I'm hoping the trial will bring clarity.

Thank you for sharing what you observed. It is all important. It is very unfortunate that the hearing was cancelled. It is a risk to bank on flying a long distance to try to go to hearings because this case is very unpredictable with this defence team. Why do I say that? The defence team were kicked off the case. Then they wanted to get back in. They were very angry that the trial was set for Oct 2024. They had it moved to May 2023 after they fought to be reinstated as RA's attorney's. They felt that it was unfair that RA's trial was in Oct and that it should have been sooner. Once they won getting back in, the trial was changed to May 2024. Then they got the trial date moved to Oct 2024 anyway. With what is going on now which is that RA's attorney's want Judge Gull to recuse herself, who knows what is coming down the pipe. The attorney's knew the Judge would not be able to fit in additional weeks into the alloted 3 weeks trial scheduled in May at such short notice. These guys are strategists. I call it tactics to buy more time. And I am certain we are going to see more of this. So booking long distance flights to get to a hearing could fall through at the 11th hour. There is nothing like seeing something in person and getting a sense of everything, especially in this case. It is an unusual location with a small town, roads, buildings, woods, bridges, a river, etc. It is difficult to picture if one hasn't seen the area. A few questions. In your opinion, hypothetically, could 3 to 5 men kill Abby and Libby and all get out of there unseen by a camera, or people passing by? So far, witnesses saw a man at Freedom Bridge. One witness saw a man on platform 1. Later, one witness saw a man muddy and bloody. This fits in with RA's movements. No other witnesses from different positions all around the area, say that they saw a man of another description. Let us say 4 men were involved. Maybe one man was the muddy and bloody guy. And another man went in another direction, and let's say a witness spotted that person, but was not in the same area as muddy/bloody guy. Then some other witness saw another guy somewhere else, etc. To corroborate the Odinist THEORY that a group of Odinists as a gang killed Abby and Libby, then scattered. Can you see that as a possibility with what you saw? With the short time frames you said you walked, it is possible for RA to have gone to the trails to ambush someone if they fell into his trap which was to wait for a female or females to be walking on the bridge. Then ambush them at gun point, make them get off the bridge, go down the hill, round the bend, cross the creek, walk to the woods at the bottom of R Logans land, do the deed, try to confuse LE by staging the crime scene, then hightailing it out. If it was RA, he would have to go home, which wasn't far, and clean himself up. Get rid of all the blood, etc, before his wife and daughter got home and act like nothing was out of the ordinary. How secluded was where Abby and Libby were found? Could you get to it? If two girls screamed would at least someone hear them? Were you far from the crime scene or near it when you were near Ron Logans property? Let's say Abby and Libby were at the far end of the Monon High Bridge when Libby saw Bridge Guy and recorded him. If you were standing at the one end of the bridge where the renovated part starts, could you see over to the otherside of the bridge or do things become very difficult to see that far down the bridge? We wonder at what point did Abby and Libby see Bridge Guy walking towards them? They could have been taking photos, talking, concentrating on walking forwards, with their backs to where they started. And then suddenly turned around and saw BGuy coming and Libby recorded it. Maybe as Bridge Guy got to them he pointed his gun at the girls and one of the girls said "gun" as per the PCA. Then BGuy said "Guys... down the hill". I'm trying to picture how far the girls were down the bridge. If they were quite close to the otherside already? And it was quick for BGuy to get the girls of the bridge, and out of site. He had to know the area. I have a feeling the girls were innocently taking happy snappy photo's on the bridge, then they would have walked back off the bridge and gone to meet Libby's dad who was due to pick them up. At 3 or 3h30. What we don't know is if RA was opportunistic or if it was a set up that the girls were lured to that location. Why, why why? 😢 The most important thing is that there is justice for Abby and Libby. 💕💕

“Could 3 to 5 men kill Abby and Libby and all get out of there unseen by a camera, or people passing by?” I think 1 man, RA, could be capable of doing this alone and between 2:13 pm and be seen at 3:57 on 300 North, but the evidence I’ve seen does not point to a group of men/Odinists being there, and I have not seen any evidence that BH faked his 2:45 pm work timecard, or the PW was in the woods. EF’s confessions to his sisters are concerning, but he was rambling and incoherent. I did not go to the area where the bodies were found. People who have walked from the crime scene to the cemetery said it took about 5 minutes. “If you were standing at the one end of the bridge where the renovated part starts, could you see over to the other side of the bridge or do things become very difficult to see that far down the bridge?“ With leaves on the trees, I could not see the end of the bridge, but in winter the full bridge can be seen from the start. I believe Abby and Libby and BG passed each other close by before Libby’s video. Either at the start of the bridge, or the end. When he turned around is when they got scared and started filming. I think there is a shadow of a man in Libby’s photo of the full bridge and it was BG checking the “down the hill” area to see if it was safe to kidnap 2 girls down there if the opportunity arose.

I live 3 hours south of Delphi. I’ve been a handful of times. I don’t know if you felt this but I always get a creepy vibe when I go to Delphi. Also, the McDonald’s isn’t very good. Edit: I have been to the bridge. I couldn’t see fish even when the water was clear.

This is just my opinion being that this Jury will be sequestered is definitely one of the reasons Judge Gull will not allow cameras. I can not remember a case of recent with a sequestered Jury being televised. We see what happens to people that go against some of the rude and dangerous people involved in this case. Can you imagine if by accident a Jury member is accidentally shown I have no doubt the group of rude and dangerous people would hunt these Jurors or their families. Thanks Tom I hope you did enjoyed you brief trip

Hi Tom. Thank you for sharing this video. I recently moved to IN and I'm about 17 miles from Delphi, so I plan to visit. How did you know where the crime scene is? Are there coordinates?
@TomWebsterChannel
@TomWebsterChannel 5 ай бұрын
Hi, I did not go in the woods. There were coordinates in the Ron Logan search warrant, but there are signs not to trespass in the woods and I heard the resident at the end of the private drive under the high bridge is very crazy about confronting trespassers.

To get to the "down the hill" side, only the private drive provides access and the homeowners don't want people trespassing.

I used to walk to a bridge to see the fish. It was neither high nor dangerous and the water was always clear. It was some sort of a gathering place for the fish.
