Few Things i can relate to him(3 years in crew from 2018): *My teacher/leader who went to Gujarat for training last year,came back and trained like horses few months.It was going good then suddenly that horse like training suddenly stopped. *We had to shoot a video for 15 Aug,we did the shoot but the whole footage came out blurr😑.I told him that I’ll shoot the video but he said “tumhara style acche se dikhta hai baki ke comparison mai,tum mt karo mat dekh lunga”😑. *Again we were rehearsing for the new video,i have told sevral times that let me do the recording, but he said “tum video mt karna tum dance karo tumhara style pata chalta hai baki ke muqable”. Again I got pissed off. Ab situation samjho,koi 3 saal ek crew mai rahoge ek milke video nai banaoge?jisse lage ki hn group mai kaam sab acha ho raha hai.Agar ek imperfect video bhi bannta toh mera khud khush hota ki chalo kuch toh bana hai.Lekin nai jab tak perfect choreo nai uthega tab tak video nai banega ye kaisa logic hai😒. He was in A+ quality after his Gujarat dance training but abhi time to time woh grp mehnat aur dedication aur nai raha.I’m still in the crew lekin abhi hamare practice time pe chote baccho ko training chalta hai which i don’t have problem with it.Problem lied in his bad leadership. I will be leaving my crew as I get into 1st year college after this covid lockdown finishes.
