I think you should’ve gave the screen bezel a finish. Sand it smooth and give it some new black paint, I think the texture from it being 3D printed is kinda cheap looking.

What kind of touchscreen stereo is that in your dash? I have a 2001 GMC 1500 Sierra and am looking to replace the stock stereo. Do I need to replace the dash trim or is there a touchscreen that will fit the factory stereo cutout? Thanks.

Is just a generic Android head unit with car play. You can get them on Amazon the size is 6.9 or we have the link in our video changing the dash in my OBS. No cutting was needed to fit it in my truck, no need to get a new bezel.
