Aladin Urdu is already very good so he can only better it :) Lettuce/Marul in Urdu is "Salat ka pat'ta". you can use bohat acha lag raha hai (i am liking it a lot)... lag raha hai is continuous tense OR bohat acha laga (i liked it a lot). I loved the reaction and conversation you had at the buffet restaurant... I have not tried Halka but i imagine it to taste like churros. the sugar syrup is called "sheera" sharbat is sherbet like in Turkish.. hope these are helpful
