I feel like the difference between being good at Minecraft and being good at Lockout is having broad awareness of niche knowledge. A lot of the things in Lockout are the kind of things most of us would look up for the once per game we do them. Like how many of us actually know which flowers make which sus stew? I know the potion chart but that’s about it, and only bc my friends are idiots and it was easier to just learn the chart than look it up anytime one of four people wanted a potion.

The scoring might get a bit complicated since with 1v1 teams you can always say first to 13 goals wins, but with 1v1v1 etc you could end up with a situation where nobody gets 13 goals *_and_* you can't even say most goals wins because you could end up with 10-10-5, so nobody got 13 and nobody won outright either... It would be really really cool but it also opens up a whole can of worms in terms of deciding winners

I've been watching all these lockout VOD's and I keep wondering, what the hell are SmallAnt's enemies doing? How come he is 7-0 against 2 people unless it's their first time playing minecraft? Also, in a 2v1, at the start of the lockout, just have one person constantly attack Smalant to keep him from crafting or doing anything, while the other completes 3-4 of the easy goals

The Smant difference is working toward multiple goals at the same time versus other people who go goal-by-goal. That's why he can get so ahead, he isn't just looking for iron for tools, he is also doing it for rails, minecart, etc and collecting other things as he goes. Also his game knowledge is INSANE.
