It's good that you're getting back into the swing of things. I've always found content creation to be an amazing form of therapy as it forces you to get up in the morning to record, edit, publish, check analytics network and so many other things that go into even just a single video. I hope that it helps you get back on your feet and get your mind in gear. After a tumultuous couple of years It's gonna be rough, but welcome back mate!

I am very proud of you for taking the time to sit down and film this video. It's never easy to talk about these things and I know it must have been difficult for you.
