So he’s been missing his two front teeth since second grade! You’d think his parents would of helped fix teeth or even Medicaid would have did it for free at that age! All that long with no teeth I can just imagine how mean kids were in school!

You're right, Tanya! That does sound like it would have been really tough. When it comes to special cases, especially those involving bone loss, Dr. Richards was an exceptional surgeon four years ago, and ten or fifteen years ago ... just as he is today.
