I took jazz piano lessons from Mark in San Francisco when he lived in a backyard cottage on Holloway Street in the late 1970s. He had his Mom's Steinway and we worked on "Maiden Voyage". He even let me borrow his Arp Odyssey for a month when he went off to Europe on some tour. Harry Likas
