Thank you so much for your kind words. The three cereals are Shredded Wheat with Bran, Total and Kelloggs Special K. I don't always purchase organic fruits and vegetables. If you are fortunate enough to live near a Wegmans Grocery Store you can purchase the Kale Cakes there. But when I am in Florida I have to make them. I use the Wegmans recipe and adapt to whatever products the grocery store there has in stock. I make about 18 at a time and freeze them. They freeze very well and then I just pop one on my plate and microwave the frozen cake for two min. Candy

Thank you for sharing your meals in a typical day video….. I was wondering if you limit portion sizes. I love roasted vegetables and I’m totally going to start to freeze in the containers…. Because sometimes after a busy day I’m not in the mood to be preparing them. We eat out quite a bit during this time of year as well (we’re golfers) and salads with protein are my go to. I do enjoy my glass of wine before dinner still. And my sweet is usually in the afternoon with tea….. I need to watch your beginner yoga or the stretching video….. might improve my game lol😂….

I love the basis of your dinners - my big difference for me are spices and healthy sauces. It can make any vegetable taste 5 different ways 😍😍

I like mine plain but any way that you eat vegetable is good. I just got hooked on an air fryer and vegetable in the air fryer are fantastic.

I'm glad to find your channel. I just turned 70. It's so nice to find good advice and encouraging ideas for our age group. I want to continue to dress nicely and be active. I swim 2-4 times a week for half hour for exercise and I love it.

Very confused because we need a lot more protein as we age. .8 to 1.0 g of protein per pound of body weight for muscle and bone health ❤

Yes I do have osteoporosis. I have chosen not to take drugs and I am controlling it with diet and weight bearing exercise.

Listen everyone, this woman may be able to share her makeup and clothing routines but PLEASE don’t listen to her nutritional guidelines! Orange juice and a bagel with preserves??? No protein??? She is severely lacking in protein! And overdoing carbs and sugars!

Sadly I have to agree with your comment. This is how she stays so slim. Glad she shared and it looks to be mostly vegetables.
