Omg luckily i found your channel. I was facing with the same problem. I’m a nurse working overseas too. My Agency said the same thing. To apply for NMC UK, it requires at least 1 year experience in hospital. Also, i have to “currently” work in the hospital OR used to work in the hospital the past 6 months before NMC registration. I’ve been working for almost 5 years, 3 years in the hospital and 2 years in outsource hemodialysis clinic ( which also operates in the hospital ) They exclude my 2 years experiences just because i’m not a hospital employee. There’re very few hospitals operate hemodialysis unit by themselves as it requires a huge budget to invest. The hospital in my town is very small they can’t afford it too, but there’s a lot of patients therefore my hemodialysis company come to open the unit here. I felt desperate don’t know what to do. So please confirm that i can still apply for NMC registration ?

Thanks for posting this maam. 'Coz i realized that most NHS trusts wanted RNs to have recent hospital exp, mine was 5 yrs ago pa. and i hope i could be hired kahit sa home care para lang makaalis. 😅 would you mind if i ask which employer po kyo nagapply? Thanks
