This sounds pretty interesting, I have to say! I'm a big fan of "oddball" vanillas (favorites include the vanilla-and-bay-leaf strangeness of Lalique Le Parfum, the aloof greenness of Guerlain Angelique Noire, and the yeasty booziness of L'Artisan Vanille Absolument).
