Just an advice, Sushi and Star pls wear gloves and safety boots when you go to rundown places like this to protect your hands and feet ( when you went up that super rusty metal stairs). Any cut by rusty metal or broken glass or syringe ( used by druggies) would be a bigger issue than ghosts. P/s: that tunnel you and Star went in, for safety sake, i hope you had a companion guarding at the entrance, otherwise if anything happened in there, no one would know. Best is don't enter underground tunnels, you might be bitten by centipede or snake.

I think the apparition was saying "Samuel" not "Lemuel". There was a British soldier named Samuel J. Wilkis who was on of the last men standing against the Japanese. He knew he was going to die, so he smoked a cigarette as the Japanese soldiers rushed up the stairs. He knew it was going to be the end but he had his last puff there. Perhaps, that's why he likes it so much there - it's his last place of peace and facing the inevitable. I'm just shitting you, I made this up for scary reasons.

Maybe bring an item that the "ghost" might recognise. For example, if you know you are going to an abandoned orphanage, you can bring a toy. I got a feeling the flashlight is being "played" around like a toy is because they know that item and how to use it. Thats just my guess.

The EMF reader starts going off in an area where you are surrounded by metal (the fence around the tower). Some metals absorbs radio signals for example. It's quite possible radio signals are absorbed and your EMF reader picks it up. The flashlight flickering. It could be a water interfering with the electronics. I noticed in one scene where there is a water droplet coming from above you guys and hit the ground very near the flashlight.

if u are so interested in looking for activity, next time when you visit abandoned places bring yourself 2 candles, doesnt matter the size take a bowl and find any stick that will not be able to stand by itself. light up both the candle and put it side by side each other next put the stick inside the bowl and try to let it stand. if the stick manage to stand by itself means they are here your activity will increase significantly.
