I went from 182 in late February. I am now at 162. My goal weight is between 140-150. I’m a 60 year old female. Enough jibber jabber. Let’s lose weight!

Ok I'm joining you...I'm 5'7" and I weigh 235lbs. I have a Fitbit and I will be doing daily walking as exercise for now so I don't drop dead from being inactive during Covid lol! I'm eating healthy foods and tracking my calories. Soooo here we go.....

I’m in. I’ve lost weight on Keto and kept it off. I couldn’t stick to Keto long term. I’d like to lose some more body fat on a more moderate carb diet with a smaller deficit. I’ve adjusted my goals and macros on MyFitnessPal. Let’s go!

This is a great idea! I am going to follow along. I am the worst at understanding macros on the apps. It seems like it should be simple but I seem to shoot off the charts in macros even just eating a chicken breast. Lol.

Well a chicken breast 100g is 31g of protein so it's pretty easy to figure out. In terms of macros if you only focus on the protein one the others fall into place, the most important really is just keeping the calories in a deficit and creating a large deficit by the exercise.

This is awesome and is basically what Ive been doing a similar diet with calorie deficit while focusing on protein in a more flexible diet manner and it's been working. This weekend was both my birthday and mother's day so I've been on a diet break and jump back in tomorrow! Good luck, Sahil and everyone!! Hopefully I'll catch your alerts so I can keep up.

Yes, I do omad (one meal a day), 23:1 fasting, calorie deficit and keto. I lost 80 lbs and still loosing more. My HW was 98, SW 90 and now 62. It's been a year. I also follow the 70-20-5 macros. Best of luck!

I started in May as well. Decided to try out Keto because the science looked good to me, and it seems to be working out so far. I had to learn to cook all over again so I went to youtube for tutorials, and discovered Headbanger's Kitchen. Thanks Sahill! Hubby liked the new cooking so much that he decided to join me, and we have both been losing weight (yup, fat!). Added some exercise and are making good progress. We are both down about 20 lbs since the end of May and are starting to look like us from our dating years. Now I see this here video on may10th, and of course I want to join along! Count me in. I have been working under a calorie deficit, and your plan sounds like my plan, except I am leaning on keto for menu choices. No fat bombs here. I am using an app to track calories and macros. It has other charts to track weight and measurements. I like graphs. My aim is losing 2lbs a week. I am now at 142.4, see you on Friday. p.s. I don't already own a copy of your book. wink wink... although I am a little late for this video! hahaha

I have lost about 50lbs. Recently I was able to drop about 10 lbs or so by doing what you’ve said. I started having a calorie deficit. I stopped using heavy cream in my coffee. I stopped dairy in general. I am at 155.8, 5-7. I’d like to drop another 10 lbs. 145 would be pretty ideal for me.

Lost 27 kilos since 9 months with 6 months of low fat diet followed by 3 months of keto together with 60-90 minutes workout daily. Enjoyed your expert advice and some keto food tips. I started keto diet gradually and very slowly and in six months time I lost all weight and back to 46kg and still losing.Don't want to lose anymore. I do weight to bring back inner muscle but weight is continuously less. No struggle.
