About once a week if I’m not doing other styles. However I do take a break every few weeks and take time to bring moisture back into my hair.

once you find a good regiment that works for you, your hair trains over time. my hair wasn't always like this, but just work on creating a routine for you hair!

So it wasn’t until this video I realized how straight my hair was getting. I thought I was damaging my hair, but after wearing braids for 4.5 months I can safely report, lol my hair is back to normal! I’ll start back with more natural hair content from August.

Are you naturally for real? when you wash it. It doesn't curl or anything like natural hair and it doesn't look like its naturally straight. No hate at all your hair is Poppin but doesn't look natural?

I have years and years of routine heat use. If I leave my hair after washing it it’ll poof but the curl pattern isn’t tight like someone who doesn’t straighten their hair a lot.

My hair is the same length but doesn't feel like it because its finer and thinner (cc: anaemia) this just inspired my to take my vitamins lmao brb 🤣💛
