@@2oldforthisshit Science books from class 6 to 12 are suitable for this exam. There may not be direct questions from these books but reading these books give knowledge base to find the correct answer in prelims and supplement your answer in mains. Better to be selective while reading these books. No need to do derivations, numericals, complex chemical equations etc in class 9 to 12 books.

Kissi ke chakkar me na pade . Take a coaching and follow their teacher blindly . And notes provided by them. Maine jab class 12 ke baad NDA upsc Diya tho aise hi kuch book padta rah Gaya nahi nikala😂. But maine 2 nd year graduation ke upsc cds ki preparation ki aur exam bhi crack kiya . This time I am taking a online course. But meri graduation complete nahi Hui thi tho mujhe disqualified kar Diya Gaya ssb Dene ka mauka bhi nahi mila

Mr. NCERT issliye prefer karte hai kyuki sabhi ka background alg hota hai like koyi Art student hai toh koyi Science toh koyi Commerce. Or jab tak basic samj nahi aaye ga tab tak aap koyi bhi book pdh lo aapko sayad hi Kuch Samj aaye. Or rahi baat UPSC ke questions ki toh questions bilkul moderate level ke aate hai vo toh syllabus vast hone ki vajha se hume questions difficult lagte hai kyuki hume sab kuch yaad nahi rahta.
