I'm indian Nurse passed Nclex -RN exam n i have CGFNS verification completed n saved my CEE report until March 2024 With H1B visa my immidiate family member can also accompany me to USA . Weather under H1 B visa category my husband can work or not . My son can study in US public school ? Surely my recruiting agent will give me Greencard before H1B visa expires?
