Had to remove the batteries from the device and the preset I used was gone. I think the previous owner also took the manual with him. So it was very helpful to see this video. Very funny also. Now Im switching my device to party-setting all the time 😀😀😀

I"m sure you dont need to see another video about this, but I set the timer in this video here: kzbin.info/www/bejne/nouro4igrp5ld68 We can go into individual days which overrides the groups of days programs, but I can't find being able to set a 4th time period...Sorry I can't help and good luck with your heating!

Thanks for this! We moved into a rented place a couple of years ago with no booklet, we thought the heating was broken as we kept hearing it randomly fire up… turns out we kept putting the heating onto setback (because it was the option that didn’t permanently have the heating on) and we stupidly had the day and night temps the same…. I’ve now I’ve changed them and set it on auto so it’s finally right :)

Hi Sophie, sorry for the delay YES - you can set it to two by just setting one of them for the same on and off time. So for example 1200-1200 and it'll just ignore it. Hope this helps!

Hi Zakipimlico Thanks for the kind question I know exactly what you mean - I do too. I just use the "Desired temperature" Turn the dial so the "Desired temperature" goes down to something like 10 degrees to be 'off' and something like 23 degrees to turn it on. If the house actually hits 23 degrees, it'll turn itself off, so you can go higher to something like 28 which it'll never hit if you want it just permanently on. Hope this helps!

Managed to watch everything and even pausing amd reading to understand everything what was written there. Took me like one full hour to watch it fully. Anyways, my issue is that when I put active heating times it heats, but in offset radiators get cold even when temperatures are waay below offset it never turns on again, until active heating times come again. In heater it's just blinking some hourglass on display and it's not doing thing. So I just put heating on 24 hours per day desired room temperatures 21.5.... And it's working all the time now.

It looks like a triangle on the right hand side, and the 'level' should be somewhere in the middle. Anyway, thanks again and hope it sorts itself out

@@DADDELIVERS Yes, water pressure is fine, I had issue with it before but it shows wrench icon and it says low water pressure, so if that happens users will get notified, which is a good thing. Also when its below 0.5 bars it will turn system off automatically, at least so I was told, mine was at 0.6 at one point, which ofc I fixed immediately :D

Hi, I have a similar boiler, a 246/5-3 The hot water is to hot event on 35c° And I have a calormatic 450 with an external temperature sensor. Its overwhelming this remote control... I want my old one back Well, its still summer time so I hope that until winter I will figure it out.

Hi Bram Sorry to hear this and thanks for the kind question In auto mode the heating can turn on - if the sun icon is on when you turn the dial to the desired temp that temp is the temp the heating will turn off - so if you want the heating on just turn it up to something like 25. If the moon is on the desired temp is the lowest you want to hit. To turn off auto mode, press mode button then choose either comfort mode for it to be on all the time (the desired temp is the highest where it'll turn off) Or setback mode so the heating is off all the time but only kicks in when the desired temp falls to the lowest level you want it, so say 16 degrees. Hope this helps - I've just made a video about this which is coming out soon. I find this control really confusing!

Hi Stephen Thanks for the kind question - hope I'm understanding it correctly: Desired Temperature operates all the time, so all the timers seem to do is 'turn on' a time for a different desired temperature. There's a Desired Temperature for when the timer is 'on' - which, confusingly the remote depicts as a Sun. And there's a Desired Temperature for when the timer is 'off' - shown by the Moon crescent. So if you want your house to be 20 degrees in the morning between 0600 and 0800, the desired temp for when it's on is 20. And when the timer is off, you might set the Desired Temp while off to, say 15 degrees. It means the heating will kick in while the timer is off, if the house falls below that level. When the timer is on, the desired temperature means it will keep heating until it hits 20 degrees (or whatever you set it to). I find it extremely confusing, so hope this answer isn't too obvious or obscure. Also, to make things even more variable, you can alter the desired temperature DURING the timer on or off, so if you turn the dial while the timer is on, you could turn the heating down to 19 degrees if it's getting a bit too warm. When you do this, the remote gives you the option to press okay, to make this new Desired Temperature 'permanent' for that timer setting.

I have set the desired temperature to 11 degrees in the day and 10 degrees night set-back as I don’t want it on at the moment. My time periods are 6-9am and 6-9pm. The mode is auto. For some reason the sun symbol is on at 4pm at the house heated to 22 degrees. Please can you help as I’m not sure why this is happening?

We get odd things happening too -- If you've not tried this, try changing the remote to "Summer Mode" which just switches it off, and takes it off timer altogether. Hi Thomas Thanks for the kind question If it were me, I'd turn up the desired temperature to something crazy like 29 degrees so that it's never hit. I think one of the modes is permanently on - it might be called Party mode - but I'd just turn up the desired temp instead The instructions for Party Function is at 33:15 Hope I've understood your question correctly and good luck with balancing the radiators - that's something I'd like to try out!

Hi Muhammetkaraklc232 thanks for the kind question. I think you have to go to the boiler itself, the remote control doesn't seem to be able to do that which would be helpful. I'm sure you've worked this out by now, but on the boiler press any button to bring the screen to life, Then press the button under the 'radiator' icon/logo Then press the + or - button to raise or lower the radiator water temperature. I can't seem to raise mine above 60 degrees. Hope this helps and thanks again!

Hi Bev sorry it's taken so long to reply - Mine is off the wall and I've lost the back of mine now, but from memory, you just slide it up - so if you push it upwards against the wall from the bottom, it should lift off of the clip which is screwed to the wall. Hope this helps
