My very first roll of film that I've made (Zenit 11, Helios 44-2 58mm f2, Ilford Pan 400)

I am currently editing the archive of the films and I came across the first roll of film I made.
It was somewhere in 2017, we were visiting friends, after which I saw a camera on the shelf. And out of curiosity, I ask what it is. And a friend tells me it’s their old family camera and lends it to me. So I said, ok, I'll give it a try. And I took it home.
This is a SLR camera that was produced in the Soviet Union between 1981 and the 90's. Quite possibly my year of birth. The lens that was on is 58mm F2…

If you're after a basic SLR without the hassle of batteries going dead at inopportune moments, you are in the right company. Once you get the whole depth of field walk around sorted, and learn about lab techniques in development of film you're gonna shake things up.

You have to try to put inside at least one roll of the film.

Thanks for sharing, one problem solved.. But what about setting up the light meter accordingly (din/iso), on shutter button there are markings T and V with arrows pointing left and right... All I know so far is setting the shutter speed and loading the film...

First roll more than a 2 year... Know the feeling 😉

Enajstka. Piše v naslovu videa kamera in objektiv. Mislim pa da je podobna kamera kot 12ka

@@vertusmatjaz yes I am it was working for years. But now it has shutter problem at some pictures there is white line on right side. Have you ever had same problem ?
