Absolutely splendid! And the whistling 💃🏽💃🏽💃🏽💃🏽💃🏽🎼🎼❤😊(wish I could whistle) 😅

He’s not trying to sing it full voiced. He’s trying to be very subtle and laid back in his delivery and some people are mistaking that for his voice being weak. Just listen to I’m gonna sit right down and write myself a letter for example and you could see his voice is not weak.

Many of you forget we all age... Time moves on... I hope all of us can sound that good in our mid-70's... His father's influence is so pronounced in all of Macca' years... The old style of the 30's and 40's... Helpless romantic, he is...

My father had such musical ability: he whistled major/Minor... right exactly on key Exactly. He also was a spectacular swimmer. He never gad a chance. Nit even a quarter if a chance. But HE LIVED! I'm happy that SPM has has the opportunity to express his magnificent talent! Maybe, someday....in a living world . Others, who come after SPM shall gave just a fraction of those opportunities. That goes fir me, too. I'm 75, a dancer, now with a broken arm and struggling to be ambulatory 🙋🙏😊♥️

@@JohnRedgate-d7q Thx, just listen to it, it's great too, with a fine instrumental part in it! I knew Fats Waller, got 2 albums of him, important man for the music. Paul's version is more 'jazzy' imo, both great!

@@dachille1 True, everyone have their own preferences, enjoy whatever you like. I don't get it why people who obviously detest and dislike Paul and place either John or George on a pedestal even bother watching his obscure and unknown videos. Yes you hate him, why waste your energy on his videos. Forget about Paul instead of wishing for his death and get on with your life.
@rakshitapadmajitweerakkody83502 жыл бұрын
@ Nad Zirah @ Daniel Achille. People are entitled to their views aren't they? It's a democratic world. When people feel let down by those from whom the highest of standards are expected they have to let their feelings be known. What else is the comments column there for? Sir Paul is clearly struggling here. John and George are not known for attempting anything and everything in public and make fools of themselves just because they have an exalted place in the music industry.
@stevemarko1691 Жыл бұрын
@@rakshitapadmajitweerakkody8350 And then there's the old adage people might apply: "If you don't like it, you can simply scroll on by"...which segues right into, "If you can't say anything positive or nice, then don't say anything at all".....which then dovetails directly into, "If you trash other peoples work from the safety of the internet, then play us all something of yours that's better. Please. We'll wait". (Insert 'Jeopardy" vamp music here.) Paul definitely struggled to find his intro whistling "cold" in the right key working "live" with no net, but I think everything else was fine...including the light, breathy way he delivered the vocal as a 70s-something performer. Many female singers since the 90s have patented that very singing style. It wasn't the "Oh! Darling" or "I've Got A Feeling" power vocals he had the ability to punch out in his 20's,, but he couldn't and obviously didn't try for that approach in this song. I love this lighthearted version by McCartney. I love Clapton's version. I love Fat's version. But if I didn't, I wouldn't bad mouth it publicly. Just because you can say something negative on the internet doesn't mean you should. People could just move on and find songs they like. Music sales will reflect the public's opinion in the end.
