I love Vietnam! I'd spent there almost 3 years of my life! Thanks for sharing your trip with us, I've had a nostalgia, would like to visit one day again! And food is amazing, we still do cafe sua da at home and we fry rice and do some spring rolls, but there it's always so much better! My word would be mind-changing country!

To be honest, I think that is the "Vietnam experience" definition. I had been there at least 3 times and I ALWAYS stay in the hotel. They are amazing and built to keep you in (there is a movement from "outside hotel" to change this mentality, but it will take time).
