Hi Liz, thanks for asking! I haven’t personally taken Siddhi Yoga’s course, but from what I can tell it looks like a good course. My only hesitations would be on audio/video quality and how easy the course is to understand and follow along. I’ve personally taken My Vinyasa Practice, and can absolutely stand behind it and confirm that it is a great course. I hope this helps!

Great video! So i'm planning to take 200hr YTT and add MVP course to one of my list after watching your other video. It's a lot of online YTT out there and it's kinda hard to choose one! May I know how MVP teach adjustments? And i saw from their website that they teach 30hr for meditation, do they focus more on meditation side? Thanks!

Hi Evelyn! I'm glad you enjoyed the video! :) I totally understand there are a ton of online YTT's out there, and it can be overwhelming to choose one! Once you're enrolled in My Vinyasa Practice you have access to multiple lectures to help with adjustments, as well as the in-person local studio option. The 30hrs (of 200hrs) that focuses on meditation, includes an overview of different meditations and pranayama (breathing) so you will have a pretty in-depth understanding of meditation. Overall, the course isn't mainly focused on meditation, but it is definitely covered in course. I hope this helps!
