I'm studying mbbs artipa Madam , but i love ur vlogs the way u talk, ur confidence everything. I just watched ur last vlog and u said u and ur husband stopped sunscreen because we are getting less vitamin D . I'm shocked for a while u she is telling that anta , but I'll tell u we are not getting vitamin d whole day oky . First understand this thing . Sunlight is not giving vitamin d for us actually the truth is our bidy itself synthesis vitamin d for we need a sunlight as a 'catalyst ' that's it ... And moreover after sunrise for a while itself we should stand and take sunlight ... Being a educated one u are telling the same means don't know how to tell u .. and please don't tell the same to u are followers okay because not everyone knows everything even me also . Once if u get a clarity about that then u can promote ... Sunscreen is must must must ... Without sunscreen don't go out because those harmful UVA rays and UBA rays are very very harmful for our skin texture. And one thing i will suggest try to use sunscreen to ur baby also because as u guys will go vacation so prefer that ...
