I used a butter knife..but still difficult

​@@JasonClements Hey so my vortex won't turn on it will show me when I plug it in the battery with the lightning bolt that lets you know it was dead but now charging then It will show me its still charging at 59% or whatever and then go blank I tried switching batteries and it still won't power on
