It's bass clef, just look at the time signatures: F#, C#, G#

@Aziza Nazarova If you are talking about the vibrato, he was using a slide vibrato, I think. If you are talking about the mini grace note at the end of the measure, he just cracked the note but was able to save it, so it was less noticeable.
