Sis, there's a thing called chemical sunscreen. There's no flashback. I love the Canmake Mermaid Skin with the pink on the packaging (the white one is a mixture of chemical and physical sunscreens) and the Beauty of Joseon Relief Sun: Rice + Probiotics for all skin types. They are such elegant formulas. Also, I use the heimish Artless Glow Base under my makeup. It's literally a sunscreen and a primer in one. However, it's very glowy and dewy so if you have oily skin I don't know that you'd love it. It's absolutely gorgeous under makeup tho. Also, Milani's famous Make It Last setting spray comes in a sunscreen version now!

Hey Celeste, I’m aware of the chemical sunscreens but I’ve found some of them affect the wear time of foundation. So for me, it’s much easier (as a makeup artist) to ask Brides to avoid it for one day. I wouldn’t want the longevity of their makeup to suffer because of sunscreen. It’s great that you’ve found some that work for you, I use a physical sunscreen everyday topped with a mineral tinted one.

Thanks so much Pam ♥️ I think it’s so important for me to really share on my channel that makeup is about enhancing not masking, but also that makeup can be fun! I’m so pleased that’s how it comes across ☺️ Oh, I also took blotting sheets and a tiny pot of the foundation out so that I could blot away any shine and top with up with foundation but I didn’t use them. It was ‘just incase’. The foundation can just be built upon even after powder so I knew I was safe to do so if need be ♥️

Thanks so much! You sharpen it with a regular sharpener. I personally like the MyKitCo sharpener as it holds in all the shavings!
