That dress is beautiful. So are you. I am a fairly new subscriber. Probably old enough to be your mother😅, and altho I am a quilter and home decor sewist, would like to do fashion sewing. Been a few decades, since I did any. In high school home economics class. 😂 that will give away my age, as I don't think that is in any current curriculum. Looking forward to your next makes.

Love the dress,the fanric is so beautiful. I noticed you didn't seem to be using a cutting mat when you were vutting out the pattern.If you didn't did you check the blade before using. Could you ,please,let me know the make of your chaffing shorts as I have been looking to buy a pair.

Lovely pieces you have chosen. What are you using for a cutting mat when you are cutting on the floor? It looks like you are cutting directly on the rug.

Gorgeous stuff. Would you mind telling me what make your electric scissors are and if you’d recommend them. Sorry if you’ve been asked before. Thanks 😊
@ginaseams7 ай бұрын
I need to do a full review in a vlog sometime because I absolutely would recommend them! Mine are Bratavia, I got them from Little Legs fabrics. They are on the more expensive side for electric scissors but the battery life and general quality is really really good 😊

The red and pink fabric and that style of dress look fab on you. Could you thread elastic through channels in the skirt either side of the zip at the back to tighten it up visually but still providing some ease for pasta-eating, rather than taking it in to fit snugly?
@ginaseams7 ай бұрын
You have the best ideas! I reckon there is enough room in the back for that to work, I'm putting the zip in tonight so I'll give it a try. Thank you so much ❤️

Hi Gina , You can spray deodorant on one leg then the other, basically between your legs and they won’t rub together. I hope that helps. I love all your outfits.

Were you cutting out your fabric on carpet with your rotary cutter? Love your dress patterns! And that red and pink fabric, fabulous!
@ginaseams7 ай бұрын
Oh no, I'm a menace but not that much 😂 they're my electric scissors and funnily enough they run much smoother over carpet. That is a very low pile cheap rug though I probably wouldn't do it on any fluffy or fancy!
