That’s great that you’ve lost weight. Congratulations! I’ve been doing intermittent fasting for two months and I’m down 14 pounds. Easiest diet I’ve ever done. The health benefits though, wow! The bloating, inflammation, headaches, mental fogginess and fatigue are gone. I’ve lost 12 inches from my legs, arms, hips, waist and back fat. I feel amazing.

Hey! I got my buttery faux leather bag like the one you got. It came today! I like it No plans for the 4th here. I'll probably just be here crocheting more drawstring bags. And lol I was waiting for you to realize that your cat mug also said Starbucks on it. 😂 I lost 23lbs in June.. I'm on mounjaro and it is UH-MAY-ZING! I really enjoy your channel- I feel like I’m right there with you in the Temu addiction. Have you started the Farmland game? I’ve gotten a lot of free stuff from that game too. That and all the price adjustments has me! One of my favorite items is the mini disco light that’s rechargeable- it’s like $4. It reacts to music too! Amazing! My dogs also hate fireworks so I take them to the basement and we watch movies down there in the cold. I bought a thunder shirt for one and it helps so far!

TEMU can read your mind 😂. We just came back from watching fireworks. Just staying home tomorrow. Love your Starbucks cat mug. Rub your hands on the shampoo bar until it suds up then put it in your hair. Then repeat until you have enough in your hair and wash normally 😊. I heard some one say they just run the shampoo bar over their hair. So I guess either way works.

For 6.57.. it's about 5x5 ,it has suction cups to place on a bucket, It plugs in..Great for doing a small items,I was pleasantly surprised how well it worked!! My dog, Pez (lab/Great Dane) had a heart attack on the 4th of July in 2011. We had gone to family’s for the holiday, and came home that night. We thought he was asleep in his bed. My husband found him the next morning. Yeah, we don’t go out on the 4th anymore. Gotta take care of our dogs.

With shampoo bar you just lather the bar of soap and put it on your hair.....I'm using a ginger root shampoo bar from Temu and I can tell my hair is squeeky and it repairs and I'm seeing new growth but I'm 58 and yes it's course new hair But I'd rather my hair turn grey instead of turning loose! 😂✌️

A US size 4 in the UK is a size 6 and in Australia it's a size 8. I'm an Australian size 6 - 8 and have been all my life. I live in regional Australia where obesity is definitely more common than in capital cities. The statistics indicate that the average Australian woman today is an Australian size 12 - 14 and it would be similar in the UK and the US but I do notice in clothing shops that size 8 sells out faster than any other size. So how do we reconcile those two things?

By the way, I am not skinny. I am small boned but curvy. I have a woman's bum for sure, not a bony arse at all and I have boobs. Not every woman who takes a smaller size is skin and bone or starving herself. No way! In the same way not every woman who takes a larger size is carrying extra weight; some are bigger boned and there is little they can do to change their weight.
